Drawing on our local market knowledge and network, we source properties that meet your brief — often including exclusive and off-market opportunities. We live in the local area which is crucial to our success.

Shortlist & Viewings

We provide a carefully curated shortlist and arrange viewings at your convenience. In case you can’t visit in person, we can carry out the initial viewing virtually via a video call, and / or videos. If it is “the One”, then you can make the second viewing in person.

Negotiation & Support

From offer through to completion, we manage negotiations and guide you throughout the entire conveyancing process. Post purchase we remain on hand to introduce you to our trusted network of property related services ensuring you get off to the best start with your new home.

This is our standard “House Hunter” service and the process is outlined in the four sections above.

NEGOTIATION ONLY

Sometimes you have already found your perfect property, however you are unsure on what to pay for it, or would like an agent to represent you in the negotiations. Bonsor Property can help.

PROPERTY ADVISORY

If you are a home owner and are unsure on which sales agent is the right fit for your property, or you simply need some candid, fully independent advice on what price to market your property for, Bonsor Property can help.

Fees

Our fees are structured in two parts:

RETAINER FEE

A fixed fee payable at the start of your search. This secures our exclusive commitment to you and ensures we will not represent any other client with the same brief or budget.

SUCCESS FEE

A percentage of the final purchase price, payable upon exchange of contracts. This aligns our success with yours and is only due once the right property has been secured.
